Once the goods are received at our warehouse facility, the shipment will be measured and weighed. Our warehouse will then inform us of the calculations. As soon as we receive the information, we will be able to inform you of your final charges, based on the individual services.

a. Rate for Pick-up service: Will quote separately on a case by case basis. For your information this will be based on your location and the quantity of your boxes..
b. Rate for shipping: based on your final destination, which will be quoted to you at the time of the booking.
c. Rate for insurance coverage: $27.00/per $1,000.00 declared value. Should you require an insurance coverage, please note that the insurance form should be filed out and a copy should be sent to our New York Office via fax or mail together with payment.
d. Documentation fee: $50.00 fee per shipment, (not per box). For some areas, such as Jakarta, the documentation fee is already included in the rates.

Roughly two days after the arrival of your goods to our facility, we will send the documents to your U.S. address, or forwarding address. These documents will contains the transmittal letter/House bill of Lading, the invoice and a cover letter.

**All invoices are to be prepaid in the U.S. prior to shipping. We accept only the following as methods of payment: Money Order, Cashier Check, Certified Check. For special requests, we also can accept payment in the form of a wire transfer**

Once we receive the payment, we will send a receipt to your U.S. address or to your overseas address, based on your preference.
